Grade Level Curriculum Guides
It is our desire to share our K through 8 educational
programs with the community and provide access to curriculum maps for courses
taught in our district.
A curriculum map is a tool for organizing what East
Moriches expects students to know and be able to do in each subject each year.
A map is a broad outline that lists:

the main topics: core concepts and processes that
are the focus of the curricular unit,

content: what we expect students to know as a
result of the unit of instruction,

sequence: of the concepts
